Professional Regulation Commission announces the list of Top 10 passers of July 2011 O.I.C. Navigational Watch (NW) Marine Deck Officer Licensure Examination also known as July 2011 O.I.C. Navigational Watch (NW) Marine Deck Officer Board Exam, held last July 16 & 17, 2011 who garnered the ten highest places. List are posted here officially released by the PRC.
